Refund Policy

Shipping
Damage:
If your product was damaged during shipping, please
contact your shipping carrier and provide them with the necessary
information to process a claim. You can contact our "Customer Service"
(1-888-207-2411) department for information about your order. All orders
shipped from Harvest House, Inc. are shipped with insurance coverage.
Because we insure every order, we cannot accept returned merchandise
without the proper insurance claim processing information. Care should be
taken to individually wrap each part to protect the product from
scratching or rubbing, because shipping insurance doesn't cover damage
caused by inadequate packing (including parts being damaged by contact
with other parts inside the box).
30-day Brand New
Condition:
Harvest House Chef has a 30-day Brand New
Condition Refund Policy.
Your purchased product must be
less than 30-days old (from date of purchase), in its original (new
condition) packaging material and with all documentation that came with
it. The product cannot have been used and must be in brand new condition.
You must also contact "Customer Service" (1-888-207-2411) before shipping your product to receive an
authorized RA# for your Return / Refund. All shipping costs acquired by
the customer for the return of merchandise is the responsibility of the
customer. Care should be taken to individually wrap each part to protect
from scratching or rubbing, because shipping insurance doesn't cover
damage caused by inadequate packing (including parts being damaged by
contact with other parts inside the box).
This type of return is
not subject to a restocking fee.
Refused deliveries and order
cancellations:
Orders refused or cancelled after merchandise
has been shipped are considered to be in "like new" condition and are
subject to 15% restocking fee. Any shipping charges incurred are the
responsibility of the customer and are in addition to the restocking fee.
After 30
days:
All orders over 30 days old (from date of purchase) are
subject to original manufacturers warranty and will not be accepted for
return or refund.
Exchanges:
There is no
restocking fee on exchanges when the product being exchanged is in "brand
new" condition (within 30 days of purchase date). Any shipping charges
incurred are the responsibility of the customer except when Harvest House Chef mistakenly shipped the wrong product.
Defective
Equipment:
Within 30 days,
of the date of purchase, customers may opt to have defective machines
replaced or refunded. After 30 days, the terms of the manufacturer's
warranty apply. We will reimburse you (after we have inspected the item
and found that it is defective) the shipping cost for the return of
defective items from within the U.S.. Shipment of replacement for
defective items will be by surface shipping only (except for AK and HI,
which will be by mail only). In the case of machine equipment having minor
cosmetic blemishes occurring during manufacture or transport are not
considered disabling defects. You must also contact "Customer Service" (1-888-207-2411) before shipping your product to
receive an authorized RA# for your Return / Refund. Care should be taken

Warranty Issue:
Please contact the
manufacturer for any warranty related issues. If you feel you need
assistance, Harvest House Chef is happy to help in any way we
can.
All returns are subject to inspection by Harvest House Chef.
Refunds:
If the customer received free shipping and is now cancelling their order and asking for a refund (and there is nothing wrong with the equipment) we will subtract actual shipping costs incurred by us from their refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.
