HarvestHouseChef.com (formerly hrvst.com) decided to scale back on the number of products we offer, and keep only those that had the best reliability record and superior capabilities.

For example, recipes to make a large batch of whole-grain bread dough in the powerful Bosch Universal PLUS mixer would simply destroy the motors in ordinary dough mixers.  Yet, its wire whisks can quickly and easily turn egg whites into a beautiful meringue, or whip up cake batter.

For milling grain, the Nutrimill  (for making flour) and the Golden Grain Grinder (for flour or cracked grain – even by hand if necessary) fill important niches.

The Excalibur dehydrator is un-beaten in reliability, ease of clean-up, and drying speed.  We discontinued selling brands, which became less reliable over the years.
