The Family Mill has a large 5-cup capacity hopper for continuous grinding. The mill's steel burrs grind with low-temperature and frictionless milling, retaining healthy nutrients in your flour. It will grind wheat, oats, corn, rye, spelt, kamut, barley, rice, peas, most beans, coffee, flax and sesame seeds. It will also grind most dried herbs, dried jalapenos, and other hot peppers. -- It will NOT grind popcorn, tapioca, or other similarily hard materials.
